Secure by design
- A fully isolated environment per client, hosted in an EU datacenter — GDPR compliant
- Dedicated AI key per client — no shared context, ever
- Documents are exchanged only through the channel you chose — your SharePoint or our EU server; nothing is deleted silently
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, aligned with information-security best practices
- Named user accounts and strict access control — each user sees only their own project
- Your documents are never used to train AI models
- Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering our staff and the whole engagement, on request
- At contract end: environment destroyed, data handed back, deletion certified in writing
Isolated Environment
Your workspace runs in a dedicated container, fully isolated from the rest of the server and from every other client.
Destroyed at the End
At the end of the engagement the agents and their environment are destroyed: your data is returned, nothing survives.
